  • Are all items shown on your site customizable?
    Most of the items featured on our site are customizable. When available, you’ll have the option to select your preferred finish, fabric, and height!
  • Do you offer bulk discount pricing?
    Yes, we do offer bulk order discounts! If you're interested in purchasing a larger quantity of items, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you with pricing and details.
  • Do your barstools have protection on the feet?
    All of our stools come equipped with pre-installed plastic glides to help protect your floors. For additional protection, you may choose to add felt or fabric pads to the feet based on your flooring type and personal preference.
  • What if I want to use my own fabric/vinyl for my order? Can I send it in?
    Yes, absolutely! Depending on the style, we offer the option for you to provide your own fabric or vinyl for custom cushions. A small fee may apply, and we’ll be sure to inform you in advance. If you’re interested in using your own material, please contact us—we’re happy to walk you through the process.
  • What is the weight capacity per stool and/or dining chair?
    The majority of our stools and chairs are designed to support a weight capacity between 250 and 275 pounds.
  • Do you offer fabric/vinyl samples?
    Yes, we do! If you're unsure about your fabric or vinyl selection, we offer the option to order swatches for a small fee. This allows you to see and feel the materials in person before making a final decision. [Click here] to order samples!
  • How do I assemble my items?
    Your order will include detailed assembly instructions. Most of our stools and chairs require minimal assembly. If you have any questions or need assistance during the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to help.
  • Is Shipping Free?
    Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all orders within the continental U.S. Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S. We hope to expand to international markets in the future.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your product to ship or 6-8 weeks for your custom-order to ship. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some custom or made-to-order products may take additional time. If you need your order rushed, please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you!
  • Can I hold my order for a later delivery date?
    If you require your order to be delivered at a later date, please contact us in advance so we can schedule accordingly. Without prior notice, your order will be shipped according to the standard delivery timeline stated on your order.
  • What if I need my order delivered by a specific date?

  • Once the carrier has my order, how long will it take to arrive to my doorstep?
    Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, we will receive an estimated delivery date, which we will promptly share with you. Ground shipments via carriers such as UPS or FedEx typically take a few business days, while LTL freight shipments may take up to a week or longer, depending on the destination.
  • What happens if my order is damaged?
    If you notice any damage to the box or packaging: Take photos of the damaged area. Note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. ​​ Please report any damages to us within 7 days of delivery. If notices of damages are reported after this time period, we will not be able to assist you as this is the manufacturer's policy. ​ We highly encourage you to document any issues as soon as they’re noticed, as we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds after 7 business days.
  • Am I able to return custom-made orders?
    Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. We encourage you to review all selections carefully before placing your order. ​ Because each barstool is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. These products are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or resale.
  • I accidentally ordered the wrong parts. Can I return or exchange them?
    Parts may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back.
