Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your barstools in a timely and efficient manner. Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your product to ship or 6-8 weeks for your custom-order to ship. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some custom or made-to-order products may take additional time.

Shipping Costs:
  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all orders within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S. We hope to expand to international markets in the future.

Please note, Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, assembly, or removal of debris/ packaging. Signature is required for all deliveries unless shipped with UPS or small parcel carriers.

White Glove Shipping:

White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. For White Glove Service, please reach out to us prior to shipping and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

When your items arrive, you’ll be required to sign for your package. Before you sign, please take the time to inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice any damage to the box or packaging:

  1. Take photos of the damaged area.

  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  3. Contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Please report any damages to us within 7 days of delivery. If notices of damages are reported after this time period, we will not be able to assist you as this is the manufacturer's policy.

We highly encourage you to document any issues as soon as they’re noticed, as we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds after 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders, Cancellations & Exceptions

At Barstool Center, nearly all the products we offer are custom-made to your specifications — from frame finishes and fabric choices to sizes and styles. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. We encourage you to review all selections carefully before placing your order.

Because each barstool is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. These products are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or resale.

Limited Exceptions

Returns may be considered if requested within 7 days of delivery. All returns must receive prior approval from Barstool Center before being shipped back. If your return is authorized, the following conditions will apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned unassembled, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Need to Cancel or Make Changes? Timing Matters

If you need to cancel your order or make changes, you must do so within 24 to 48 hours of placing it. This allows us a short window to notify the manufacturer before production begins.

After Production Starts

Once the factory begins work on your order, nothing can be changed — this includes:

  • Frame finishes

  • Fabric or upholstery selections

  • The model or product type

Custom orders are built just for you based on your specifications, and for that reason, they cannot be canceled, returned, or modified once production has begun.

Parts

Parts may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back.
